Kenneth J. Byrne, M.A.

A lawyer at Benson Buffett, Ken Byrne has a dynamic practice spanning subdivision development, residential purchase and sales, to quieting of title and mechanics’ lien actions. In addition, Ken also practices immigration law assisting employers in securing skilled workers, provincial nominees and temporary workers.

Ken is an active member of several committees of the Canadian Bar Association and a prior member of the Board of Directors of Choices for Youth, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to challenged youth in the Province. Ken holds a Master of Arts (MA) from Memorial University and is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School. He was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2008.

Ken works closely with real estate agent Mark Glynn to ensure sound and easy transactions for their clients.
