The top THREE reasons we love this place are, LOCATION, PEACEFUL and BEAUTIFUL. Steady Brook is just outside Corner Brook, next to Marble Mountain Ski Resort and the Humber River. We live on a fully landscaped, 250' river front property on the North East corner of the community. Living on this quiet street, feels like living in a 5-bedroom Cabin/Cottage on a large river in the woods. For example, there are 2 heat pumps, the hot water tank has a lifetime warranty, the new epoxy flooring in the garage cost $10,000, and a new $2000 shower door. Flooring upstairs is oak with oak crown moulding and solid core oak bedroom doors for noise reduction and privacy. Including one of the largest frontages on the river, beautifying and protecting it with crushed rock, costing over $100,000. The 2-bedroom suite is being used as an Airbnb with annual income of $20,000+ and is always booked. The triple garage has one 12' door and two 10' doors, to park your vehicles, boat, jet skis, quads and snowmobiles.
