March 26 – Purple Day for Epilepsy
If you’re in Torbay this day, please wear purple! Torbay has proclaimed March 26 ‘Purple Day,’ to help raise awareness of epilepsy and to support those who experience seizures on a regular basis. It’s a simple way to show your support! Learn more here.
March 27 – Workshop: Berries for the Newfoundland Garden
Learn something new and make your garden a little tastier this year with this great workshop on the MUN campus, hosted by MUN Botanical Garden Research Horticulturist, Todd Boland. Learn about which berries work best in Newfoundland gardens, and how best to nurture them. Free for students, and by donation otherwise. Please find more details here.

April 5 – Mount Pearl Citizen of the Year Banquet

April 12 – Portugal Cove – St. Philip’s Children’s Easter Party
Bring your children to the Recreation Centre for Easter crafts, games, food and refreshments. Details on how to register are here.
April 19 – Fluvarium Egg-cellent Easter

April 23 – Easter Storytime at the Library

May 3 – Community-Family Fun Event at Reid Centre
